Background
Information Consultancy
Support was formed in 1990 to provide a broader consultancy response than
most specialist or accountancy-based practices could offer. Our consultants are selected from the unique group of individuals
who have made consultancy their career choice after gaining experience as
successful managers. Changes
can rarely be made in one area of operation without effecting others
therefore we take a holistic view of the implications and impact that each
assignment will have within the host organisation and where appropriate, its
external environment. When we discuss a new assignment with a client we double check
that we understand exactly what is required and provide examples of similar
work or approaches that have proved effective elsewhere. When
making recommendations we spell out how they may be implemented and provide
guidance on any amendments that would be required to management control and
information systems. We work as outside specialists, internal team member or temporary
executive. |
